WELCOME TO OUR STUDIO
Our beautiful small yoga studio is located at 1129 Broadway, South Portland, ME 04106. Parking is available on lake street, and 2 min walk from Domino's parking. The studio is on the extension ban of a house. There is a front door on Broadway if you park at Domino or a back door on Lake street. Use either door. Both are open 30 minutes before class.
The class is held in a beautiful warm space on the second floor of the Wounded Healers International office.
Our space is small, so pre-registration is highly recommended for in-person classes. Classes must be canceled 2 hours in advance so we can give someone else a chance.
INSIDE STUDIO.
At the first-floor check-in at the desk, leave your shoes and hang your jacket. Grab a mat and a face towel if you need one, and head straight upstairs to a warm orange space.
On the first floor, you will also notice beautiful Kenyan beaded beauties; grab one on your way out if you want.
When you arrive, please check in with the teacher and let them know if this is your first visit or if there is any information that will help them craft your experience(injuries, pregnancies, new to yoga, etc.).
